A bucket is an item that will carry a liquids. Such liquids are milk, lava, water, and acid. To obtain a milk bucket, the player may shift-click on a cow with a bucket. To obtain other liquids, the player can shift-click the source block of the liquid. To place the liquid back down, the player only needs to shift-click with the bucket equipped.

Uses
Buckets are used to carry liquids from one place to another.
- A bucket of milk can be used to craft a cake. Milk can not be stored as a block.
- A bucket of lava can be used as fuel in the furnace. It last 16 times longer than coal, making it the best fuel.
- A bucket of water can be used to fill a cauldron.
