Raw beef is a food item dropped by cows.
Obtaining
Cows drop 1-2 raw beef when killed.
Usage
Raw beef restores 1.5 food points when eaten by the player, however it has a 33% chance of conferring 25 seconds of hunger poison. Dogs can be fed with raw beef by shift-clicking on them. This restores 2.5 health points.
Smelting Ingredient
Cooking raw beef in a furnace will result in a Steak.
