Lapis ore is like any other ore. When it is mined, it will drop lapis lazuli.

Obtaining

When mined with a iron pickaxe or higher, it will drop 4-6 lapis lazuli.

Lapis lazuli ore generates deep underground, usually in panes of no more than 4.

  • Although there's a blue dye in the creative inventory, it cannot be used for dying. Lapis lazuli is used instead.
