Ice cream is an edible item that heals 8 hunger points and 2 health points. It is a unique item due to the fact that it is not in vanilla Minecraft whatsoever.

In 1.27 Update.
The crafting recipe changed in 1.27 update. It required a Bucket of milk,Sugar, and a Bowl to make. But now, in 1.27 update, it requires Ice in the middle of the first line or 3rd line, Bowl in the bottom of the 2nd line, and a Sugar in the middle of Crafting Table and on top, of course, the Bucket of milk. Including Ice makes it harder to craft. But Ice can be obtained by a Pickaxe with silk touch in Minecraft Link:->[1]. But in Mine Blocks, it can be obtained by a command {/give ice}. It CAN give you an Ice, but you can't obtain it by just mining it.
