Oranges can be naturally found in forest biomes alongside with apples and lemons. In order to obtain the orange, you can break the leaf block it's in.

Like all food items, the orange can be eaten by right-clicking, filling up 1.5 hunger points, it is found naturally and does not need to be cooked.
The Orange is also used to craft Orange Juice healing 2.5 hunger points.
