Raw mutton is a food item dropped by sheep. It can be cooked in a furnace to give cooked mutton.
Obtaining

Sheep drop raw mutton upon death.
Usage
Food
Raw mutton heals 1.5 hunger points. You can eat raw mutton, but only with a 33% chance of receiving hunger poison for 25 seconds, so cooking it first to gain cooked mutton is recommended. You can feed raw mutton to a dog to heal it for 2.5 hearts.
