The apple is a food item that can be eaten by the player.

Apples are naturally generated on trees as Apple in Leaves blocks.

1-2 apples generate in a bonus chest.

By holding left click the player eats it, restoring 1.5 ( × 1.5) hunger.

An apple can be crafted into a candy apple which heals 6 () hunger and 3 () health.

An apple is required in the recipe for a Golden Apple. This gives the player health and hunger regeneration.
