A saddle is a very rare item that can be obtained while Fishing. It cannot be crafted and there are no plans to make it craftable. Along with a Carrot on a stick, it is the thing by which the Pig can be ridden and guided.

Obtaining
The only way to get a saddle is to catch it while Fishing. There is a 0.5% chance for this. You can increase this chance by using a Fishing rod with the Luck of the Sea enchantment.
Usage
The saddle with a Carrot on a stick can be used to ride and control the Pig. To apply a saddle to a pig, hold down the saddle and press the right mouse button on the pig. Then, to sit on the pig, you need to right-click on the saddled pig.
