Usage
The golden apple seed can be planted on a gold block or on gold soil to grow a golden apple tree. When placed it looks like a golden sapling.
When a golden apple seed grows, it uses up the block it grew on. If this block was a gold block, it is turned into gold soil. If it was gold soil, it is turned into dirt. Therefore, a single gold block can be used to grow two golden apple seeds. However, in total this uses up 9 gold ingots, whereas using two pieces of gold soil would also yield two trees at a cost of only 8 gold ingots. It is more efficient to use 2 blocks of gold soil than to use one block of gold.
