The Skins are added to the Mine Blocks 1.26. Earlier before 1.26, the permanent default skin used to be called Frank. After skins were added, multiple people made skins as for good looks, just like in mine craft.

Other skins
You can change skins by going in options and clicking on character skin. After clicking on character skins, go to skin database. You can find multiple skins. You can find for featured skins, new skins, best skins otherwise you can search for specific skins. If you do not prefer skins made by other players, you can also make your own skins and upload it into the database or use it for yourself.
Spawning skins
When in creative mode or survival mode (if commands are activated), you spawn skins. Each skin has a skin id which comes in the form of numbers. Typing in ' /spawn (skin id) ' will spawn the specific skin you desired. Some skin id's are; Villager - 2204 Roger the dog - 58882 Toothless the dragon - 25616
