Fortune
I did some testing, and I cannot seem to be able to come to a conclusion about how fortune works with specific numbers. Fortune I seems to have no effect on coal. Zanzlanz, could you give an explanation for how it affects the probability of ore drops, and whether it is consistent between ores, or specific to each ore?
Also, if you are able to, looting might also be helpful to understand.
