Obtaining
To craft Fermented Spider Eye place a spider eye, sugar, and brown mushroom in any formation in a 2X2 Crafting grid.

Usage
Fermented Spider Eye is used to reverse the effects of potions when brewing them. For example, if you place a potion of healing into the brewing stand and add a fermented spider eye, it will give a potion of harming.
It can also be used to brew the potion of weakness.
