A Cobweb in a naturally generated non-solid block that will slow down anything (apart from spiders) by about 80% when they walk through it.
Natural generation
They are only found in skyholds generating high up above the overworld
Trivia
- Spiders do not spawn cobwebs
- The only way to get the cobweb is with the silk touch enchantment
- The player slows down when walking through a cobweb
