A fire egg is dropped by flaming chickens. It can be thrown by the player or ejected by a dispenser.
Upon landing after being thrown, a fire egg will set flammable blocks around it on fire. If it hits a regular chicken, it will be turned temporarily into a flaming chicken. A fire egg also has a 1 in 5 chance to spawn a regular chicken when thrown (the same chance that a regular egg has).
