The sky hold is the place where the Ender portal is hidden. It is also very similar to the stronghold but since this isn't Minecraft it was placed in the sky.

How to find
You can find the Skyhold using eye of ender and 64 blocks. If you know how to use commands (only works at update 1.27) you can use the command /tp 600 200.
Trivia
- If you want a lot of bookshelves for your Enchantment table go there and find the Library.
