Shades are a decorative item that are wearable on the head. They do not provide any armor points to the player.
Obtaining
The only way to obtain shades is to kill a chicken that is wearing shades. This type of chicken is very rare to find, making shades a very difficult item to obtain.
Usage
Shades can be placed in the helmet slot, or the player can shift click while holding them in their hand. They do not give the player any armor points. Wearing them will slightly darken the screen.
Dispensers
If fired out of a dispenser facing the player and the player is one block next to it, it will automatically equip the shades onto the player's head.
