The diamond block is an expensive block made completely out of diamond.

Uses
The diamond block can be used as a decoration block, to show off how rich you are, but it is also often used as a more compact form as a diamond - since there are 9 diamonds per item, you can fit much more diamonds in your inventory by using diamond blocks instead.
