Ghast
The 
ghast is a flying hostile creature that appears in the nether dimension.
This mob has 20 (
× 10) health and will drop 
ghast tear and 
gun powder when killed.

Spawning
The ghast spawns naturally in the nether. It requires a 2x3 area of empty blocks above solid ground to spawn.
Commands
A Slime can be spawned in another way besides its respective spawn egg, with the command /summon ghast you can spawn it.
In addition to that you can add data tags to customize the ghast. examples:
/summon ghast 1 ~ ~ {name:"Ghast Fragile", health:1, defaultDrops:false}
/summon ghast 1 ~ ~ {health:5, drops:[{item:{id:"iron_ingot"}, quantity:1, lootBonus:10}]}
Drops
The ghast drop 
experience points when killed.
The ghast drops 1-2 gun powder and 0-1 ghast tear upon death.

Behavior
The ghast floats around aimlessly until it catches sight of a player. When it sees the 
player it will open its mouth and shoot a 
fireball from its mouth. It will repeat this every so often, trying to follow the player.
The fireballs are very powerful (7 (
) of damage) and can do a lot of damage to the player and surrounding blocks. However, the player can avoid being hit by hitting these fireballs, causing them to go back in the opposite direction .
