Pufferfish is a food item which can be caught by fishing.

Obtaining
Pufferfish have a chance of being caught when the player fishes. It is in the fish category.
Usage
It can be eaten but gives both poison and hunger poison for 25 seconds. It can be used for brewing, and when added to an awkward potion, creates a potion of water breathing.

Bugs
