Air is a special type of block in Mine Blocks. It fills in any space that is not occupied by a different block, and can be walked through. It is replaceable, and cannot be mined or collected in any way.
It can also not be obtained with pick-block.
It cannot be obtained in creative mode, and cannot be obtained by using commands, it just fills every single pixel, that has not got a block or a backdrop. Air is also the block that refills your oxygen bar when you are underwater. It also helps spread the sand-dust.
The air identifier(air) can be used in the setblock and fill commands to set an empty space with no different blocks.
